happy easter to all those celebrating. When I asked Enrique what he wanted for Easter dinner, he said Moroccan sandwiches. I guess we don't celebrate this holiday.

Easter was fun - I ate entirely too much and ended the night with a run to Taco bell - I guess you can say we were hanging out with Mexicans on Easter, too!
